The Building Renovation

My name is Stephen Taylor and in 2016 I bought a derelict shop at auction for £26,000 in Birkenhead, U.K.

Due to the amount of work that was necessary to renovate the building

my only option was to do the majority of the work myself.

The building was in such a poor state that the guide price at auction was just £10,000 - £12,000.

With over 20 years of experience as a joiner, and with the help of a great group of professional local tradesmen I have managed to transform a commercial building that was ready for demolition into a modern four bedroom, two bathroom home.
